Lifestyle sessions include up to 90 minutes at one property, 10 edited photographs, and one 30–45 second vertical video. Talent, styling, and location fees are separate. Virtual staging includes one revision per image, with originals retained alongside clearly labeled staged versions. Permanent property features are preserved.
*Two hour minimum. Add-on prices apply to additional coverage; included package items are not charged twice.

Send the property details. Receive a written scope and quote. Confirm your shoot and have the home ready for arrival.
What can lifestyle and social content include?
Morning coffee in the courtyard, entertaining spaces, indoor-outdoor living, distinctive finishes, an agent introduction, or a short guided tour. We plan the content around the property and the channels where you will share it.
Do you offer virtual staging?
Yes. Add digital furnishings to vacant rooms or request furniture removal and restaging. Staged images are clearly labeled and supplied with originals.
When will I receive my media?
Your quote confirms delivery schedules for photography, tours, staging, and video before booking. Include your listing deadline when requesting availability.
Can you cover estates, ranches, or multiple structures?
Yes. Larger homes, acreage, multiple structures, and destination properties receive a custom quote based on coverage and production requirements.
Is aerial coverage guaranteed?
Aerial coverage depends on airspace, weather, property access, and safe operating conditions. Availability is confirmed during planning.
